Dr. Yvonne Grassl, a born-and-bred Midwesterner and native of southwestern Michigan, brings 15 years of pediatric experience to the MVP Kids Care family. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Hope College, her MD from Wayne State University’s School of Medicine in Michigan, and completed her residency program at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Dr. Grassl spent six years in a large Michigan pediatrics office before relocating to practice medicine in Arizona. She joined MVP Kids care in 2015 following eight years at Estrella Pediatrics in West Phoenix.
Dr. Grassl has two young children – boys Calvin and Emmett. She also devotes time and attention to a number of charities near and dear to her heart, among them the Crisis Nursery/Phoenix Children’s Shelter, the Ronald McDonald House – Phoenix, and Heart for the City AZ, a local nonprofit dedicated to improving the emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being of impoverished children across the state.
Dr Grassl’s pediatric services are offered at both West Valley and Maryvale locations.

MVP Kids Care partnered with Radio Disney on a fun event recently with music, games and prizes. The event was themed around Disney’s “Doc McStuffins” program. A great time was had by all!

On Saturday, May 17th at the Wigwam Hotel, kids were invited to bring their favorite toy for a special check-up approved by Doc McStuffins Fun activities included dancing to your favorite Radio Disney Junior music, tattoos, craft fun, games and prizes. Everyone who participated got a Doc McStuffins check-up certificate, free photo, photo frame, and take home craft! Join us all summer long at the Wigwam for these fun events!

MVP Kids Care and Radio Disney partnered to bring Peyton List from Disney Channel’s “Jessie” to the Wigwam Resort last Saturday, June 21st. Peyton and one of MVP Kids’ Super Stars!! Peyton List and MVP Kids Care! The first official day of summer was HOT, but we kept it COOL at the Wigwam with Disney Channel star Peyton List, who plays Emma on Disney’s “Jessie”. Peyton is a Fashionista and came out to share some fun style tips with all of her fans. There was dancing, games, and a fun photo event with Peyton. Along with all the Disney fun, MVP Kids Care had a craft table and cool tattoos for the kiddos. These events will continue all summer long at the Wigwam. Come out to see us on July 19th when Disney star Leo Howard from Disney’s “Kickin’ It” joins us for a “Kickin’” good time.
